Patient applicant usually has no insurance coverage for out-patient prescription medicine Patient applicant does qualify for any government program that distributes prescription medication. Patient applicant usually has to be a U.S. resident and/or a citizen. Patient applicant's financial means prevents him/her from purchasing prescription medication without undue hardship Patient applicant must fall under the program's financial guidelines Patient applicant with a family income ranging from below poverty upwards to $60,000 but programs accepting individuals in the higher range are the exception. |
